These easy to use templates will allow you to print your tax receipts in compliance with Canada Revenue Agency guidelines.
The merge document and the excel file work together to automatically print your tax receipts.
Enter the donor information using the Excel Spreadsheet, save the file then open the MS Word document, invoke the Mail Merge feature and follow the on screen instructions to link the document to the data file and print your receipts.
Keep the donor data file as this is required by the Canada Revenue Agency; you may also wish to keep photocopies of receipts issued.
